For The Signer:

• Does each signer have a smart phone or computer with webcam, audio, reliable high-speed internet connection and Chrome or Firefox as your web browser?
• Does each signer have their own device to sign the documents?

For Real Estate Closings

• Who’s your underwriter and do they approve RON?
• Who’s your lender? 
• Does the lender approve RON?
• If so what platforms? 

General Notary

              Online Notarization

• $50 - $75 – Notary session which includes administration document preparation for one document and one notarial act (one seal) and witnesses if needed
• $25 – Cost for each additional seal after the first seal (5 stamps and over, fee will be $175 total)
• $10 – Cost for each additional signer over two.

Real Estate Closing (In-person or Online)

• $175  for seller and cash buyers (Full Packages)
• $200 + for  refinance and finance buyers
• $10 – Cost for each additional signer over two.

Estate Planning- Wills (In-Person or Online)

• $175 and up - please call for exact amount
